All 60 minutes of a game count. Alabama looked like arse on offense for 50 minutes. Then they looked unstoppable for 10 minutes. I think a lot of people overlook how important the offensive line is. Rarely does rearranging the line because two starters are out work. When they pulled 75 and replaced him with one of the dinged up starters it looked like a different team. It would not have been as close as long as it was if every positive play hadn’t been called back because of a penalty on 75.

Kentucky because they was really pumped up about this season
I was even bragging about how good I thought their QB was.
Plus they maintained nearly the entire Oline from last year.
We will see Saturday if they made any improvements

How the hell do you leave us off the list? We went from 100 to 0 in a matter of minutes watching that game, expectation wise.

I think winning a national championship and then promptly getting curb stomped in your own house two games into the following season is the very definition of "crashing back to earth"
As far as SEC teams go, gotta be Pig. Okie Lite is one of those teams that simply won't fade into total irrelevance, but they aren't SEC grade by any means.

Arky fans should be optimistic. They beat the shite out of Okie State were it not for a bunch of dumb, fluky turnovers. Arky may boatrace Auburn this year.
My outlook after all these years of being a Razorback fan is when we are leading I think….wait for it…wait for it …..and there it is…
It’s happened too many times over too many years to allow myself to be shot down again. If we win great, when we lose there it is.
I’m not allowing it to ruin my life like I did when I was young.

I left them off because I couldn’t recall seeing a single Kentucky fan bragging on this board or the scoreboard about how great Kentucky was. It didn’t seem like hopes and expectations were that high among Kentucky fans. Maybe I missed those threads. Or maybe most are just waiting on basketball.
It was impossible to miss all the threads by Arkansas fans about Bobby Petrino running the SEC. Nor the threads by Auburn fans about Freeze’ recruits and how good they looked in week one. They felt like this team and this year were going to be different. There seemed to be a LOT of hope for Auburn and Arkansas on Saturday morning. Talk about 8-4, 9-3, possible SEC championship game and playoffs. And then Saturday happened. Since then it has been…

I would take them over Mizzou, Miss St, and Vandy for sure.

Alabama was pushed around for 3 1/2 quarters.

This thread has convinced me that reading comprehension does not exist here.

Arkansas lost a road game in OT and had 600yds of offense.
Tough loss, but good Lord let's not get carried away.

Dude, it was after a game against UAPB for crying out loud, it wasn’t serious.
Btw, UAPB won 70-0 this last weekend.

My favorite was the thread on the scoreboard Saturday asking for recommendations on where to stay in Atlanta for the conference championship. Obviously the thread was started in the first half of the game.

Haha, I didn’t see that one. Somebody was sailing I guess, or fishing.

The Barn.
Shaping up to look like 2012 for them.
arse QB and OL play? Check.
Blowout vs. Alabama A&M?
Check.
1 TD loss vs an ACC team?
Check.
They even have ULM and a New Mexico school on the schedule for OOC just like in 2012. Vandy is on the there too who is looking good by Vandy standards (with the NMSU QB who boat raced them in Jerdin Hair).

Is that how winners are determined? Do first half points count more?
