Seems like you guys got a case of the 2009-2012 LSU team - minimal offense with a stellar defense. Bear in mind you guys were a 10W team last year.

I think you need to flush Muschamp. He's a dud

It's only been 3 years..I'm willing to see who we hire for OC before saying it's time to go.

It's been 3 years with 3 different OCs. And each OC a failure. That's not a good sign. It means Muschamp doesn't know how to pick OCs or doesn't know how to work with one. Either way, it's bad.

And even when Florida was basically injury free, it was clear that the offensive was a huge problem.

So now you're willing to see who the 4th OC is before saying it's time for him to go?

Great!!

Florida will always get players without even trying. Whereas most other schools will fall right off the map if they don't recruit hard.

Even UF's backups are 4* and 5*. Muschamp has no excuse for 4 straight years of 100th ranked or worse offense. I think Florida can do better than Muschamp imo.

Simple...wait til next year...we are 1 year removed from BCS bowl for chris sake. Get a grip. We were crippled by injuries by the third game of the year and it kept getting worse. We took 51 scholly and walk ons to Columbia SC for our game with the the Cocks...you cant win SEC games like that...started a true frosh MLB to boot....some of the crap I see is unbelievable. AD Foley knows and so does President Machen and they have Muschamp's back and so do I.

Every body wants to fire coaches when losses occur and 99% of those folks don't know diddie about football. 2014 will let us know what we have and we will be loaded for the most part and the SEC is going to be Fuuuuccccckkkkeeeddd.

Get a proven head coach. Doesn't take much more than that to win at a program like Florida.

We are still relevant. Just one bad yr doesn't make make you irrelevant, although we do need to improve the offense. No national championships since 1980 makes you irrelevant. Right UG fans? Or 9 straight losses to UF, right Tenn fans?

Obviously Pease needs to go

I'm not sure about that. He called a balanced and efficient offense at Boise State. I think Muschamp is dictating what kind of offense he runs when he should just get out of the way and let Pease do his thing.

I think another thing is they're going to have to be patient. You hired a guy who has never been a head coach. It's going to take some time for him to make the right call the majority of the time. Frick, look at how much Saban has changed since he was at Michigan State. You grow, mature, fail, succeed, and a host of other things before you become a great coach.

Many coaches get a chance to do that at a lower school where no one notices. Muschamp hasn't had that luxury. Florida hired a first time coach. They need to give him time to get better.

You need to make Corinne Brown a bigger part of your game day celebration. Behind Tebow, she's the most famous Gator you've got.

It's all about confidence and finding a new offense IMHO.

That defense of yours is big and fast. I don't know who all y'all return next season, but there is some serious talent on the defensive side of the ball.

Go to a true pro style offense and recruit a QB and WR that can execute it.
Defense is salty and physical.

Rarely noted, but this is a huge part of things and why he is getting a fourth year. He was brought in for what he might become, not who he was at the time. Now whether or not Foley made the right decision can be argued, but I don't think the last three years have been a huge surprise to him. I suppose the hope is that you take a guy with potential, give him time to learn the job, and then hopefully have a winner locked up for the next decade rather than looking for a new coach every five or six years.

Interesting strategy. I suspect next year is the benchmark for whether it should be continued or scrapped.

If Muschamp doesnt pan out after next year, I would hire whoever wins the FCS National Campionship.
