Who said anything about that. Whole this is keeping everything going someone goes down with the flu someone else steps in unless everyone is freaking the frick out and won't go to work bc of all you fear mongers crushing the fricking economy and putting people out of work rn. I got many friends from the Atlanta and Cali movies production scene that are being cut the frick off bc of fear, then add in the general panic going on in Cali rn you dumb asses are causing this shite.

People need to find the happy medium between panic and not giving a frick. Social distance, stock up but don’t buy 10 years worth of TP, and ride it out.
The flu has been bad this year. Maybe this will also finally slow it all the way down too.

I didnt have a problem with no fans allowed to attend. And I wouldnt have had a problem with postponing indefinitely to wait and see. I get there are a lot of complications to trying to run the tournament in june, but if they couldnt figure it out with a couple weeks to work the logistics, they could have cancelled then. Cancelling now is just them throwing up their hands and saying. Ok, we'll cash the insurance check and call it a day

This is a really, really difficult line to walk. It's hard to not panic when sudden, unexpected lifestyle changes are forced on you by something completely out of your control. This is even more difficult when we are a country with a large population and that values personal liberty as much as we do.
China welded people into their homes. Italy has threatened to arrest people for doing things that we do daily. These notions are worse than death to some of us, and there is some misguided but understandable fear of these things happening here.
We are likely days away from shite hitting the fan here, and know one knows what will happen. All we can do is hope we beat it swiftly so we can get back to watching SEC sports.

Hope they get paranoid enough to at least prepare for the coming storm. 
I've talked to people in real life that are pretty much in denial and don't even have basic things like enough food to last if they get a self-quarantine order.
