It's time for America to ask the old Watergate question about LSU Athletics. It's a damn shame that's where we are in this ongoing scandal.

I'm confused on why the washing of money is somehow tied to LSU athletics.

LSU could get the death penalty and it would take years for state to come close to catching up to their accomplishments

I knew it years ago. Cholly Mac had all those 5* players, but chose to not actually win a title. HE WAS SANDBAGGING. Made huge piles of cheddar.

You can spin it any way you want to, but the guy is a LSU fan, probably a booster, and he paid the father of a LSU player. The ncaa doesn't give a flying leap where the money came from but that he used it to pay for a player.

I read somewhere that it happened too far out of the ncaa’s reach or something like that

So let’s break it down. Vadals dad received money almost 2 years after his son was already playing at LSU. The money wasn’t tied to LSU. Same could be said about a Bama booster who sells Univ of Alabama gear and was tied to money to players. Nothing happened. Rohan’s family received money after he was done playing and they returned more then half of it. Unless the NCAA can prove LSU was tied to this, the info is worth the toilet paper you wipe your arse with.

“Both findings were reported to the NCAA in 2018. One of the findings is not believed to be a matter of compliance or an NCAA issue,” read the LSU statement. “The second finding involves the hiring of a parent of a former LSU student-athlete from 2012-2015. The university is actively working with the NCAA to resolve this issue.”

If anyone seriously thinks that milquetoast Joe Alleva was holding stuff back from the NCAA . . .
