Meh...
ETA: In all honesty I have said that if Tulane can keep some LA players in state they could start to compete again...

Clemson is already a huge rival, regardless of them being in the SEC or not.
To make your question fair, I'll say North Carolina for us. Since we don't play often, and it used to be a big rivalry.

No longwhorns! We don't play them and don't even care anymore! Our fans are happy playing the current SEC teams!

Nc state would probably be a rival as well but there would definitely be more hatred towards unc

I'd say Clemson for us, seeing as Tech is on the schedule every year.
Used to be a huge rivalry between UGA and Clemson since they're just across the border and off I-85

Looking at CFDW UK's games vs non SEC teams
Indiana (17-18-1) = 36 games
Centre (13-20-2) = 35 games (last played in 1929)
Cincinnati (22-9-3) = 34 games
Louisville (14-11) = 25 ganes
Much rather have IU or UC over UL
Could play UC in Paul Brown every other year and use it to recruit OH
Could play IU in Lucas every other year and use it to recruit IN
either are preferred to fighting UL for KY recruits

Yes, this.
Clemson will never be allowed to join the SEC. UNC is the answer.

Auburn/Georgia Tech and Clemson/Georgia used to be big annual rivalries.

The OP's list is just about as good as it gets.
In regards to some the look a little, "meh," they are historical rivalries.
I know a ton of the old Alabama fans I know would sh*t a brick if we let Georgia Tech back in the SEC, after the debacle with Bear Bryant, the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, and the heated games we used to have with Georgia Tech.
I for one think Georgia Tech would be a GREAT addition to the SEC. It brings us another "Vanderbilt" level academic school, they are solid in baseball, are usually competitive in ACC basketball, and disregarding this Spread-Option experiment, have always fielded competitive teams that have beaten SEC opponents before.
I know UGA fans wouldn't have any of it, but I thought that GT over Mizzou would have been the 'dead-red' option when we went through expansion.
They hold their own athletically, and, we could use another "top-tier" University for academic purposes. Mizzou brings none of that to the table.

An honest blood bath would ensue between lsu and ull if ull was in the sec, assuming their football went up a notch or two

I guess we still have a little bone to pick with Texas. Heck, they may end up in the SEC anyway before all is said and done.
