1993 Sugar Bowl. As long as I'd watched football, I'd never seen anyone from the SEC win the national title, and I hardly ever saw Miami lose.
2000 Independence Bowl. Texas A&M vs. a team of ghosts from the SEC. Double overtime if I'm not mistaken. Great, fun game to watch.
2011 Gator Bowl. Michigan vs. a team of maroon-clad ghosts from the SEC. Great to see them beat the shite out of the Wolverines.

That is my favorite non-Arkansas bowl. The snow bowl was awesome. 43-41 MSU overtime win with the snow coming down the whole time.

I really enjoyed the first Florida beatdown of Ohio State after hearing nothing but Ohio State fans beating their chests for 2 months until the bowl game.

From this past season... definitely the Gator Bowl.

I thoroughly enjoyed Florida taking it to Ohio State in the national title game in 2007. Many of the talking heads at ESPN were saying that Michigan should have gotten another crack at Ohio State. But Florida came in and absolutely crushed Ohio State, giving the SEC a lot of credibility and starting the run on national championships.

They weren't in the conference at the time, but I enjoyed Arky over a heavily favored OU in the Orange back in the late 70's.

I want to say Florida vs Ohio State 2006.
All they talked about was tOSU and MIchigan, and how they were the best ever, and they hadn't played anybody. Then they wanted a rematch in the championship? then a 1 loss florida stomped them a new corn hole. great.
