but you are a little butt hurt about Collins.

Sorry, but you're incorrect. That may be true for some, but anyone can see that there is less "clownage" and more "business" with the production of these games.

I agree with one poster about the UA/ESPN over-commercialization has plenty to do with it. The Army is not promoting what they are.

On another note, I wish you and others would stop trying to connect everything to LC's commitment just because you're still affected. That ship has passed. Let it go and move on.

You need to let it go and move on, dude. LC is not your son or brother. Let that man go.

Here's a link to a Bama forum that's discussing the harrassment and death threats...
Cade Foster Death Threats - Bama Fan Forum

Knowing some of our fans, he might need a police escort if he's around campus late at night for the next few days

Bama fans stab, shoot, and harm trees.

But you're one of the good ones. You'd never condone this type of behavior. Fine upstanding human being, you.

Ok, smart guy. Lol.

You don't think that it had to come down, here are some of the death threats that one publication published of why he took it down (at least for some time)

Bama Fans' Death Threats to Cade Foster

I wonder if he and his GF had to delete their twitter accounts.

The way Cade Foster had to do his Facebook because of death threats after the 11/5 game?

Not so sure. You guys don't show up every week. See Ole Miss, Vandy, Troy St., etc.

I think Oregon, USC, Stanford, Okl State, and a few others can give you a run for your money.

That's too many possibles to outright claim to be #3.

Good try though

Not only all of that, but the players look way better coached and the game is extremely less sloppy.

I guess that can happen when you have the likes of David Robinson and Barry Sanders around the young guys versus Deion Sanders.

- More declarations.
- Players appear to be high character guys.
- Uniforms are not over the top.
- Declaration setup seems better.

Enjoying this game.

Bama = University of Excuses

never run out of them

I'd say Collins too. Landon and his GF had to take their Twitter accounts down. Some of the LSU fans are taking it too far. The shitty ones on our side and on LSU's side make the rational fans look like shite

Yeah because Cade Foster didn't have to shut his down due to death threats from Bama fans following the 11/5 game. Plus Bama fans don't shoot/kill each other over rivalry arguments involving LSU and Auburn games.

Looking at the reactions I'd say Collins. LSU fans are quickly becoming more delusional than Alabama fans.

First, you're an idiot.

Second, the way that Winston left Alabama is totally different from how Collins is leaving Louisiana.

Winston didn't string Bama nor Auburn along. He didn't go into Saban's office and lie to him and the staff a week prior to the UA game. Winston didn't lie to his family. Winston didn't have a female handler get a full scholarship 3 days after an official visit.

Not the same scenario, sir. Most of LSU fans' reactions are due to the way LC's process went down. Denzel Devall didn't catch much flack when he straight-up committed to Bama.

Winston didn't embarrass his home schools. He just committed to where he wanted to go and moved on.

Sounds like he will continue to pursue him.

I hope not.

He wants to play at Bama. I say let the guy live out his dream.
Yall can't get out of the SEC West.

You answer this question.

You dont come here like that.

Welcome to the RA Button.

The fact that Jackson and Arenas are even in the nfl is a tribute to how great Saban is at recruiting and developing db talent.Dre Kirkpatrick was an undisciplined headhunter in high school that got beat as many times as he got interceptions. He is now one of the best cover corners in the game and will excel at the next level. Milner is right behind him as draftable talent. And so on and so on.

Jackson will not be in the NFL very long. Arenas is a project. No tributed needed.

Kirkpatrick and Milliner would be going to the league from Troy St. Did Saban give birth to them or something?

And if you're going to be a Bama Fan, learn how to spell your players' names.
quote:

Yea, because Saban only got LaRon Landry, Corey Webster, Travis Daniels, Randall Gay, Ryan Clark and Roman Harper to the NFL as DBs.

Miles has Criag Steltz, Chevis Jackson, Patrick Peterson and Chad Jones.

As you can see, Miles is miles ahead of Saban in getting DBs to the next level.

You're right...Collins is the big loser.

The common denominator in this post is LSU.

Is Saban pumping out DBs at the same rate at Bama? I have no idea.

I do know that LSU is home to the 2010 & 2011 Thorpe and Bednarik Award Winners.

Don't fall for this crap.

Alabama is where fans shoot each other, deface property, and kill trees.

That's why there was a TV special on Bama and Aub.

There is no worse fanbases in the nation.
The main reason I (and many others) wanted Landon was because of the following:

1) Rated #1 La. Prospect

2) Rated #1 Safety nationally

3) Would add to the depth LSU has until he became a starter.

For some, not me - 4) Boost rankings on Rivals, etc.

No one knows how he's going to pan out in college. Hell, we have a former nation's best safety in Loston. He's not lighting it up. Landry is making more tackles than Loston on special teams.

LSU has beaten Bama 9 of 12 since 2000. Do you know how many 5* have been on their roster on both sides of the ball during that time. The last thing we needed Collins for was to beat Bama or be National Champions.

It's all good. We'll see Collins, Devall, Bell, Lacy, and Sylve at least once a year, dressed in "sellout".
