1. Eliminate all organized football activity and spring practices in the second semester after the season ends. We need to give student athletes a chance to be students and make football a one semester sport.

2. Eliminate all games with FCS schools
3. Firm caps on staff size
4. Limit contact practices during the season
5. Allow players to declare for the draft after their freshman year
6. Allow players to profit from their likeness
7. Reduce scholarship #’s to 70
8. Make LSU wear their purple jerseys more often (they’re just so cool)

Do away with the block in the back penalty entirely

Fumbles through the endzone by an offensive player = a turnover doesn't make any sense. Why does the other team get the ball because you fumbled into the end zone? If you fumble forward out of bounds anywhere else on the field you just get it back, but when you move all the way to the opponents end zone all of a sudden its a turnover?

That's actually a great idea

1. Eliminate replay altogether. Officials are part of the game, just like the weather. The call on the field stands.
2. All offensive penalties after the snap include loss of down.
3. DRASTIC limits on recruiting. The spectacle of the current recruiting circus makes me want to throw up. I can’t imagine Bryant or any other of the old coaching greats kissing up to a bunch of fricking kids the way coaches do now.
Frick all you young punks.
Now, get off my lawn!

Pass interference should be spot foul.Too many teams are taking advantage of current rule by just grabbing any receiver who gets open more than 15 yards down field

The permanent disbandment of the NCAA. Completely dissolve the association, get rid of it and never speak of it again.

That's the one thing everyone could agree upon imho.

Hell yea. I always thought that was a dumb rule. If the defense can't recover it before it goes out of bounds, the ball stays with the offense at the point of the fumble

The point is that the end zone is different than the sideline.
It goes the same for shotgun snapping the ball past your own defensive endzone. The endzone is different than the sideline. You arent going to give the offensive team the ball back at the line of scrimmage.

If you treat the endzone the same as the sideline, then no one scores when they cross it. It is kind of a big deal.

The semi-final for the CFP should be played at the higher ranked team's home campus.

Targeting rule changed to a Level I and Level II targeting penalty like intentional fouls in basketball, with both being reviewable. Level I foul is a penalty and a 2nd of those gets you ejected. It is a "targeting" but ruled to be without intent. Level II is egregious or with intent and you get 15 yards and are ejected.

Agree, something of this nature needs to happen.

Go back to the old facemask rules. It's ridiculous to have a guy graze a facemask on a 3rd and 23 sack and the other team get an auto first down.

Don't want to go back to the old rule, but something needs to be changed. I think the penalty is too severe. Maybe 10 yard penalty and no automatic 1st down.

I think there should be some penalty for it, but I don't think the defense should be awarded the ball. Maybe something like 5 or 10 yard penalty from the spot of the fumble and loss of down.

I do agree with whoever said we need to get rid of the celebration penalty. But I don't agree with getting rid of the taunting penalty.

I still think they have to figure something else out on kickoffs. The way it is this year is just stupid and doesn't make logical sense.

Separate championship for G5 teams. P5 teams must have a minimum of 11 P5 teams on every schedule.

Invitational tournaments incorporated into bowl season(for teams that didnt make cfb playoff).
