Against second and third string defenses when the game is out of reach. I don’t remember him doing that well against Syracuse with the first team offense when Lawrence got hurt.

Incorrect. Unless it's the last 2 minutes of the game we are usually still facing 1st and 2nd stringers. These teams are trying to make the score even less embarrassing than it already is.

Mid year, which is huge

He looked pretty meh against us, and our defense will be even better this year. Mullen's offense has been held under 300 yards 3 times since 2017. Those games were against Kirby's defense. Kirby will continue to own Dopey Dan.

Entire OL coming back to improve our run game.

Everyone stopped our run game and Kyle had a good game passing without it, regardless. 255 yards, two touchdowns and 63.3% completion rate is hardly "meh".

I digress, it'll be fun to watch us next year when our running game does significantly better.

I look forward to your downgrade playing behind an entirely shifted offensive line in the same system that made Fromm look terrible.

You do realize our defense will be even better next year? It will be one of the best defenses UGA has fielded in 10 years. Good luck with your improved "run game"

I know Brice is not until summer. That could set you back. It was certainly a factor in some of Burrow's struggles last year.

They're acting like he's going to come in and immediately be successful without understanding that even Burrow, an elite QB, needed time to gel with the offense.

What's great is that they think it won't happen to them.

It’s UGA fans. They’ve all decided they can speak it into existence. This guy is Grayson Lambert 2.0.

We don't expect Newman to win the Heisman or anything, but he is absolutely better than UGA's current alternative.

You do realize that really good Quarterbacks absolutely maul Georgia's defense, right?

I mean, Joe only gave you a 350 burger and would have gotten more if Coach Orgeron wasn't such a nice guy and pulled up from the beating.

The difference now is that Florida's offense will be adapted to Trask instead of changed midseason.

Now Trask has all of the attention of the staff instead of Franks, and the offense will be retooled to fit him.

Meanwhile you guys are taking Great Value Fields.

I dont think anyone is claiming he is the next burrow, or even that he may not struggle a little to start off. Most of us just dont believe the offense will be worse with him and could possibly be better with the added element of a dual threat guy

We could run the wildcat all game and beat Tech by 30. Sit down.

Dude you are a joke poster. Burrow won the Heisman and Trask sucked arse. You are not anywhere near LSU or even UGA. The truth hurts my hombre

This dude can be a stud. A new whole environment could bring out the best or the worse, we'll see.

He still has to beat out two other guys although they are freshmen which he should do.

Finally get to see a QB actually run the RPO to its full capacity.

I couldn't be more excited to watch a QB actually keep occasionally on the read option.

I love how people are showing bad stats vs good teams.

Dude played for wake Forrest. Wait until he has elite athletes around him.
