The entire reason for the UAB football program is for it to be a backup in case TSPUAT actually got the death penalty. So make fun of them all you want, but there was a time when the NCAA called UA an "unprecedented disgrace." If SPUAT got the death penalty, UAB would be in the SEC and its flags flying in front of every trailer park in the state.
