He got one years before the 3rd stringer. And he'll get another while the 3rd stringer will be buried for years in Cincy.

Well you're in luck. LSU sucks against anyone who has possession of the football

Hell also never win a national title for his team unlike Tua
He doesn't have a quarterback to carry him there like Tua

Only one of these quarterbacks is buried as a backup currently

He'll have one soon enough with the beatings he's taking.

All quarterbacks dont wilt after taking a hit.
I understand why you're confused though.

Brennan is a good dude. Waited his time until he was ready. Stayed the course and it will suck if he has to miss the rest of the season. I wonder if he'll return next season. I don't think I would want to make a wager he will. I feel bad for the guy. For some even after they do all the right things, it just doesn't work out.
If he's out the rest of the season, I don't think he'll have a choice. He won't be in a position to declare and it be a good decision with such limited game film, and I don't think grad transferring would be a great move either. Hate it for him, but on the bright side, with this season not counting against eligibility, he still has 2 years to play if he chose to do it.

I seem to remember a QB running all over tiger stadium and hanging 29 on those bums. Now who was that? I can't remember

I think Bo Pelini needs to pull a few muscles.

Was this the first pretend injury or the second?

LSU fans in here describing Myles Brennan as elite after going 1-2 against the stout D of State, Vandy, and Mizzou
Game 1, 345 yds, 3 TDs, 2 int, team scored 34 pts
Game 2, 337 yds, 4 TDs, 1 int, team scored 41 pts
Game 3, 430 yds, 4 TDs, 0 int, team scored 41 pts
We lost Burrow and 2/3 of the WR corps, people thought we'd be in trouble on offense. But if we had even an average defense, we'd be 3-0, ranked in the top 5, and Brennan would be on watchlists.

If there is a watch list for qbs completing 60% of their passes
The 3 teams LSU played including the 2 that beat you are winless in all their other games

His first 3 starts:
11-24, 140 yds, 0 TD, 0 Int
10-20, 151 yds, 2 td, 0 int
15-34, 249 yds, 1 td, 0 int
He finished 2018 with a 57% completion percentage. He turned out ok.
I'm not saying Brennan is better than Burrow, but he's well ahead the pace he set. Yes, his % is around 60, but we'd expect him to settle in with game experience, and bump it up a few notches as he grew comfortable with game speed, and he figured out who catches what.
He was on pace for around 3400, 3500 yds and 30 TDs, with potentially 2 seasons more to go.

There was a pick six against State, so it was 27 offensive points. Brennan looked start at times, but it was his first time and State's defense actually is pretty good

Correct, losing to lsu is more embarrassing than losing to A&M.

I will be imagining that until we find a way to prove its not happening.

I just want to see King over Mond at this point

I think everyone does. Although, Mond has been serviceable the last two weeks.
