Huh? It's very much tied to race. On a number of levels. First, the rich folks who do those things would prefer that poor white folks hate Black folks so they can simultaneously feel superior and blame someone other than rich folks for their economic problems. This is an old playbook in America. Second, that white people are often in charge of these schemes and that the schemes disproportionately affect people of color is by definition tied to race. Or are you arguing that these different classes are just random or coincidental? Third, that we can "easily see" robbery, rape, and killing—these media images are very much racialized. Depictions in the media of crime and criminals is all racialized. And, again, those depictions are controlled by...rich white people.

But sure, you can repeat the mantra "that isn't tied to race" all you want. But that doesn't mean it's true.

I always find it interesting that leftists will make far arse reaches like this to make something racial yet looked the other way when Joe Biden said Barack Obama was the first mainstream African American who was articulate and clean.

Calling for black death row inmate to be released. Says he and other blacks have been victim of racial hatred. 35 million a year and elevated to sainthood by the Mississippi State Baws surely proves that

How obtuse of you

Just because Dak rose above any racial biases that he might have faced in his life doesn't mean he's not a victim (he still is), and it doesn't mean that racial bias doesn't exist , it does and is more widespread than you think

Dak being elevated to "sainthood" by the Miss State Fanbase has nothing to with Dak the Human, it is all based on Dak the QB, and it stops there, unless of course he is immediately recognized, then they treat him like "that Dak"

Definitely, I wasn't hired for a job a few years ago because I wasn't the right color.

Yeah, that’s blatantly false on a subject that you know nothing about. You’re just making assumptions based on your own warped view of the world. Dak was loved by the fan base long before his “rise to sainthood” as you called it for his willingness to interact with fans, his rise above personal tragedy in school, his work ethic in and out of the classroom, the list goes on. I can tell you many MSU star athletes that weren’t even close to being nearly as adored (many disliked off the field), so you can miss us with your bullshite.

Miss, Louisiana and many other places are filled with racists and him having money doesn't stop that. What a horrible topic you made. Just leave and sober up

Cool. Now, do New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Go ahead and compare wrongful conviction rates for us, too, while you're at it.

Or maybe that same resistance towards fairness that came out in your posts about paying Revenue Athletes larger Stipends to make the current system more fair, maybe that came out during the interview process or promotion process

You repeatedly stated "they have no leverage or they have nowhere else to go", never once did you ever admit , " hey this system is a little out of whack" to make it more fair, the Revenue Athletes do deserve larger Stipends, never did you say let's find a better system, let's put our heads together and try to make this happen

People with a general outlook of not doing the right things just because it's the right thing, and will only do the right thing when "forced", stuff like that can come out during the vetting process and then you think that "they didn't hire me because I wasn't the right color"

Maybe they didn't hire you because your sense of right and wrong is skewed, after all according to you, as long as the Revenue Athletes have no leverage, then you see no reason to treat them fairly, you know doing the right thing just because it is the right thing to do

Interviews and in depth vetting has a way of unmasking flaws like that

So, no response to my points. And then some weak whataboutism that doesn't even stand up: Joe Biden has said racist things (like the thing you pointed to) AND has supported racist policies. Indeed, both political parties in the U.S. are guilty of this. That's why we have........all the things I just described. And "leftists" are often quite willing to point out the flaws and inconsistencies and racism of Democrats. But hey, stick with your simple stories about the world. They seem to be serving you well..except for that job thing, which I'll let PeeJay talk to you about.

I'm sure the QB for the Cowboys has the inside knowledge to discern who is and isn't wrongfully accused.

Still no response from you.

And my points were both direct responses to cherrypicked crime statistics AND an attempt to zoom out to put the statistics I and others offered in a context.

But, yeah, what did Joe Biden say again?

Lol, sounds really believable.
I’m starting to understand why you are always one of the first ones to hop in these threads and melt.

Because everyone knows you are being sarcastic...and i do agree with your comment on Joe Biden. The guy is the real racist, started waking me up to become a republican. Among other issues I'm seeing

I'm not.

It 100% happened, I've seen other cases of it at other places I've worked.
