Calling for black death row inmate to be released. Says he and other blacks have been victim of racial hatred. 35 million a year and elevated to sainthood by the Mississippi State Baws surely proves that.

Never been a guilty guy in prison, just ask them. Hopefully he puts his money where his mouth is and sits out a year to help like that WNBA player did. Most overpaid NFL player of all time

No, he’s on death row because the state failed to provide him with an adequate defense attorney and several pieces of evidence that would have cast significant doubt on his guilt never saw the courtroom.
Who cares if he’s innocent or guilty? Anyone who reads up on the trial can tell that the evidence didn’t meet the high burden of proof required for a criminal conviction. The fact that he actually got sent to death row is insane.
In America, questionable evidence = no jail. Failure to follow this simple rule is extraordinarily dangerous.
We need to stop accepting mediocrity in the justice system.

Not an accident at all. There is plenty of evidence that the death penalty is a flawed policy that involves racial bias.

Oh, nice. You picked out one dude and used his story to prove racism is over. Now, do the other 37,000,000 African Americans in this country. What data do you have to demonstrate that racism is over? Should we start with employment data? Wages? Generational wealth? Home ownership? Health outcomes? Justice system outcomes?
