Just like football LSU has won baseball championships with 3 different coaches.
Unlike Aggies, LSU wins titles as a program and the coach just happens to be whoever is leading the program at that time. LSU made one bad hire in Laval but even he made some CWS appearances.

Your coach came within a run of winning a title (or six outs, depending on what game you want to look at), has a roster better than Texas’, better facilities, better fan support, an unlimited budget (according to ag fans)….

And he STILL left College Station.

East Carolina coach is the one that should get a lot of attention. Guy wins every year there , what can he do with A&M resources?

LSU is one of the top baseball jobs in college sports. A&M has a better shot at Vitello.

With Texas in the conference A&M will never be a “destination job” because they have no advantage in any scenario

No respectable coach wants to play at your homosexual, gay cult school that hasn’t won a natty in 85 years.

Jay left Arizona to come to LSU. A&M is a step down from Arizona. Why would he want to take two steps backwards in his career?

And this goober thinks Vitello would leave UT for the team whose face he just dragged his nuts across

not sure what's keeping Godwin from leaving ECU
maybe he wants to stay there since he played for that school and way less pressure

I'm sure Ole Miss would hire Godwin

Next year could be the openings of the two Mississippi schools
Lemonis had a nice rebound year and Bianco may be close to retirement with another losing season

If a shite coach like Schlossnagle was able to take us to the CWS final, then Johnson can definitely win titles with us. Throw the bank at him or Vitello. One of the two. I can assure you we have the wealth to pull it off. It will be glorious.

This proves that aTm wants to be LSU sooooo bad. Your hearts are green with envy over LSU’s success.

It’s weird.

A new coach at LSU just means another NC by another coach. We have won one with 3 of our last 4 Baseball HC hires.

We gettin ours no matter what A$M or anyone else does.
