We all know bama would have been competitive in this game with the preparation. We might not have won but it would have been a playoff caliber football game between two teams that aren’t gonna win the championship instead of…well…this

Doesn't mater because Alabama did not deserve to be in it.

No. You're going to have some shite teams with a 12 team playoff. Indiana did not fall on their face with more talent than anyone during the season like Alabama did.

South Carolina at Notre Dame would have been a good one. Indiana had no business being in the playoff.

You think a 9-3 Bama who got abused by a 6-6 OU should have been in over a P2 1 loss team? In no world would that happen.

We played 6-7 Notre dames. Go to Norman after a waxing like this or hell go play Vandy next week. That’s the grind of a hard schedule. Something these teams no nothing about.

115 downvotes for a totally zen like prediction. That is about as fair as IU being a playoff team. Leave bama out there are about 3 more. Indiana should have been on a win the big 10 only to get in with that schedule. Like Morgan state in basketball. They can go 32-0 but gotta win conference tourney

Bama would have easily beaten either of these teams.

Yes. Obviously. Clear as day already.

ND defense would have been a problem for us but our defense could have played well also. I think it would have been a really close game that could go either way. Maybe slight lean to ND or maybe Milroe breaking a long run could have been the difference. Point is it would have been competitive between two average teams. Which in a washed 12 team playoff you’d at least want that. Milroe has more athletic ability than Indiana whole team combined

When the dust settles, I believe it will be clear that the 3 three-loss SEC "bubble teams" should have made the playoffs. Not just Bama, all 3.

Yep Imat least one of them. I think ole miss is the best of the three teams if I’m honest. They had some clunkers but that’s life in the conference. I think they are the best between the three not looking at records or scores just what I see. Florida was a good team when they lost to them when QB for OM lost his mind for a few minutes.

Wow, embarrassing for all those who came after OP now that he is proven 100% correct.

I hate to break it to you, but no you didn’t What year do you think this is? Your schedule was easy as frick thanks to how bang average the SEC was this year and you still lost 3 games

This Notre Dame team isn’t exactly a juggernaut, but let’s not act like you or anyone else in this league just ran through a gauntlet SEC schedule of the 2010s where you could reasonably look down on teams like ND

No you didn’t. You lost to a couple of terrible teams and didn’t deserve to be there. Time to come to terms with it.
