It's typical of a Bama fan to complain about the system that helped them for so many years. Why should Bama be in? They never played for a conference championship. They lost 3 games on the road. One of those losses was to Vanderbilt who had never beaten a top 5 team. Ever. The other loss was to Oklahoma and only scoring 3 points.
Win those and Bama most likely hosting. Oh well. Suck it up buttercup.

My opinion Alabama is better than SMU and Indiana. But not as good as some teams in SEC. Playoff was created to answer those questions between conferences. Not perfect but better than what we had prior.
