I've been saying it all year and it looks like it. AI've been saying it all year and it looks like it. Alabama and Georgia are not elite and it would not surprise me if no SEC teams made the national title game.

At the start of the year many of us said Alabama would struggle due to losing so much the year before and the youth of the team. 2022 was the year we were pointing at to win the next NC.

However, Young turned out to be a great QB and was able to hide some of the flaws of the OL as they grew up and were coached up. They came together in the SECCG. If they continue like that, we will celebrate #19

The defense is (was) young as well, as the secondary needed time to grow up.

Coach Saban and his assistants have done a great job this year. Alabama should have (could have) lost 3-4 games this year.

Was the SEC overrated?

Maybe. Cincy definitely was.

It’s going to be Alabama vs Georgia.
Alabama is playing a fricking school that’s typically a homecoming rent a win. Georgia will win an ugly game against an above average Michigan. Enjoy the experience because your team has made it as far as it possibly can. That’s just the way it is.

The only SEC teams that Mizzou beat this season are Florida, Vanderbilt, and South Carolina. Then we were missing 6 starters in our bowl game, including our star running back and most of our line. Probably not a good representation of the supposed strength of the SEC. We were not favored to win the game, so I don't know why anyone is acting surprised that we lost.

So let me ask you something, do you truly think that uga or bama would have needed a goal line stand to beat Tulsa?

SEC with two teams in the playoffs

Cincy on the other hand made the playoffs by default because the rest of the teams outside of the SEC were overrated.

CINCINNATI - 23

Cinncy won't score 23 on Bama. They'll be lucky to get 10, and I'll call that a gift.
