Bro you guys are Arkansas. You’ll never win a national championship in baseball or football for the next 50-100 years minimum. Just accept it.

As an LSU fan I would like to say you can frick Off with this shite. We can be happy our team won but we have also been in Arky's shoes before where a team just shits the bed in a big spot (1/9/12) and EVERY Bama game after that until 2019. Eventually the monkey comes off the back.

Now future teams will be focused on not becoming the next Oregon State error and LSU 9th inning errors

Weird that they weren’t really technically errors… just plays those guys have made routinely all season.

My son said “ever player made a mistake except: catcher, CF and RF.

1st baseman runs to a ball hit to 2nd.
2nd doesn’t call him off then misses a catch by an inch that may have been thrown out at home if he didn’t touch it.
SS throws to 3rd instead of inning ending 6-4-3 DP
3rd didn’t try to throw to 1st for a DP when Miliam had stopping running thinking he was hopeless.
LF should have fielded it on the bounce to keep the tying run from scoring. Then Bear’s hit would have only tied the game.

Idk but I’m a very happy Tiger fan but my momma heart is so sad for those that made the errors. Kinda like the Miami player who fell to the ground after Morris’ home run — and that wasn’t even an error just a great at bat.

Was a good game and I was resolved for game 2 to happen. Yet here we are.

3a. 2nd basemen missing that catch. (really wasnt bad, but he will think about that one for the rest of his life)

This wasn't a bad play at all. It's basically the same as Brian Thomas Jr. "dropping" the game winning pass vs Ole Miss in 2023.

It would have been incredible play had it been made, but not a "bad" play or anyone's fault.

LSU football after 1/09/12 plus LSU gymnastics was a habitual second place program for years. LSU football broke the curse in 2019 and Gymnastics broke the curse last year and won national titles. It's mental

Davalon made the best play on the LF ball that he could - do you let it bounce and not go for the out?

He misread the ball off the bat then slipped. He made the best play on the ball he could after those two things happened, but it should have been caught

Kozeal went as high as he could and almost made a world class play. I'll be he verticled 36 inches if not higher.

honestly, he jumped too early. I think he thought the ball was hit harder and not off the end of the bat like it was, so he was coming down as the ball got to his glove. hard to judge in that situation, though. Would have been an incredible catch had he pulled it off. he had no time to really react to it. He really had to guess on a ball up the middle like that

I dont think that. He just made the quick decision to put out an easy fire. From where he was, throwing the runner out at 2nd wouldve been the toughest out to get. And then he would have to rely on that guy turning around and throwing a dime to first. Still room for error. Especially with that error they just made on that side of the field.

Someone brought up the possibility that Aloy had Jones dropping the double play ball in his head and maybe this played a factor idk

The battle of the mind is what separates the great teams from the good.

Question for Ark fans… did the SS take the out at 3rd on his own over the DP or was that a called defense. They had just come off a mound conference and he did not even look at second on that room service DP grounder.

Not trolling here. Just looks like there is more here than meets the eye.

That’s a long time to pick up a new trade, but I guess I can see it.
