That Burrow to Waddle connect next season in Cincinnati is going to be a sight to see.

Debatable, they were better overall last year. LSU and Alabama had a better wide reciever corps than half of nfl teams last year. I haven't been following ruggs or juedy, but I know Justin Jefferson our #2 reciever is graded as the best rookie reciever in the class, and a top 15 reciever in the league. Jamarr Chase is way better than jefferson, and terrace Marshall was just as good as jefferson last year before his broken foot.

I don’t disagree because I think Smith and Waddle will both be Pro Bowl WRs

Puts secondaries in a bad situation when you have more than one nfl caliber receivers. LSU did this all last season. I shudder to think about these two when they play LSU.

burned a freshman. great job. LSU is always the standard bearer to you people. It's like saying Michael Thomas burned a rookie.
LSU fans: “Stingley is the best corner in football!”
Also LSU fans: “He’s a freshmen, we’re always the standard bearer.”

Waddle is going to light up the NFL. Just watch . He runs a legit 4.3, moves like a joystick, and has great hands.
There’s nobody that can cover him

Smith is by far the most polished and best of the Bama wr's. He understands all the nuances of playing wr. He's similar to Chad Johnson. Amazing to watch.

Like I said last year maybe

Smith is a great receiver. Waddle has measurables that NFL GM's salivate over. I bet Waddle is drafted first ...

If Waddle did a little bit of serious track training he could be even faster. He runs with a lot of unnecessary head and arm movements. Sorry, my dad was a track coach.

I hope they have invested wisely since they will be taking to take a pay cut next year.

You can’t say that... He was looking at the sideline.
Even if you take away that 64 yd TD, he had 6 other receptions for 140 yards and another TD. He was dominant in that game. Unfortunately, Burrow was even more dominant.

I agree, my statement was purely sarcasm.

Waddle not nearly as much as Smith. He is the Biletnikoff this year, already. He Is what makes Alabama’s offense go. Nobody ever stops him

Does not belong in the same sentence as Waddle. Real life POS.

Ruggs was drafted in the 1st round for his big play ability, but Waddle’s playmaking always scared me more as an opposing fan. Granted, some of it was because he’s such a threat as a returner.
Same with Jeudy and Smith. Everyone knew Jeudy would be a first rounder. He was the leader of Bama’s WR corps the last couple of years, but Smith seemed just as productive, and he’s always making crucial catches or stepping up with a big play at a critical moment.
They’re two really good players that have played a lot of football. They’re on a good team with a good QB, going against defenses impacted by a limited offseason.

Quite humbling. When you have talent like that on the opposite side of the ball, it's not as hard to take the L. You just tip your hat knowing they were the better team.
