If he chooses to stay at Tennessee, I will congratulate yall and move on to whoever we hire. Vitello has always been my number 1 option. But, all of the guys that are options at this point are all good coaches. I think we're in a good spot.

some rumblings on the rant that Johnson is the guy

You didn't get Bianco, Tennessee went 5-0 versus LSU this year and Baton Rouge is an abysmal place to live. What's there not to believe, exactly?
You guys need to get better acquainted with reality, because Skip ain't coming back to the Box
Bianco - laughable. He didn’t get offered, obviously. Nobody, not even Henry Jones Jr, is turning down LSU to coach Ole Miss baseball
As for the rest - If Vitello were stupid enough to base this decision (should it be offered) on the results of one season, then he wouldn’t be worth pursuing anyway.
Your takes are ludicrous.

spoke with several sources and the next coach at LSU will be Johnson from Arizona
Annnd this is probably going to be the guy, if Corbin and Vitello won’t jump. There have been too many people saying this out of the blue, and from weird sources.
We’ll see, but I will owe one poster here an apology if this is the guy

I heard he's naming his next kid "Knox." That's a definite sign he's staying.

Breaking news, Vanderbilt is a better academic institution than Tennessee! Thank you ever so much for the update!
And a more competitive football program over the last decade.
What exactly does UTk hang its hat on these days? Rick Barnes playing out the last few years of his career ?

Thanks for pointing that out; I wouldn’t want anyone to confuse me for a graduate of the worst academic school (soon to be shuttered) in the SEC

PayScale - University of Phoenix
Maybe citing a source that uses less than 100 self-reported salaries per school wasn't the best idea you've ever had.
