On the surface this seems like a bad idea but stick with me here. There are about 110,000 people at UT home games and maybe 100,000 of those are UT fans. Cheap beer at sporting events is a known quantity. The odds of them getting drunk and fighting with one another is 10X greater than them fighting with opposing fans. When they do get to fighting with one another they either get tossed in jail or the hospital. Either way the fewer UT fans in the stadium the better the experience for Eerybody
