Honestly not meant as a dig, but i am surprised that LSU has only been 7 times in 33 years.

LSU is very overrated most years but when we’re actually good, we are goooood.

The 90's were not kind to LSU football!

It’s amazing that it’s been over 30 years the SECCG has been around. Time flies while your losing.

This might not be a popular opinion because I have always loved the SECCG.

But I think it's time to do away with it because of the new playoff system.

Honestly not meant as a dig, but I am surprised UGA is has a losing record (6-7) in what is basically a home game.

Honestly not meant as a dig, but I’m surprised LSU has only lost 2 or fewer games twice in the last 15 years.

Nick Saban Bama existed. Beat us every year making it very tough to get in. The east was more open pre-Kirby.

Its not that we've been bad we just haven't been able to beat Saban.

Why? LSU went from 1958 until 2003 without a NC, that was longer than 1980 until 2021.

It's funny they rag on Texas 8&4, when they are the exact same team.

LSU has only had a couple 10 run regular seasons in the last two decades

Honestly not meant as a dig but Georgia has now surpassed LSU on the SECCG wins list.

Where's Ole Miss? The national media keeps telling us how great a job it is.

So is this an attempt to show that LSU is better than UGA ? Because they aren’t. The legacy of the SEC is now

Alabama
UGA

UT & LSU

As for last night’s game, I appreciate Smart taking it relatively easy on us and i am sure the vast majority of fans agree with his take on 9 conference games then a conference title game.

Except one team has won 3 NC's and 5 SEC championships in the past 25 years.

The other hasn't won a NC since 1939 and a conference championship in the past 25+ years.

Other than that they are exactly the same!

I actually appreciate your statistical work, but unfortunately there is a flaw in your algorithm....

You list appearances in SEC Conference Championship since 1992. Mizzou was not part of the conference for 20 of the years listed. This makes it difficult to participate. Perhaps look at the last 15 years since conference expansion?

Though not winning one yet...proud to have made it there twice in our first years in the Conference. Not bad for a team that "doesn't belong in the SEC" huh?

Also who was the last SEC School to defeat Ohio State? Asking for a friend.
