Read it again. They are suing the NCAA. And who, exactly, is the NCAA? Auburn, that's who. And every other member school...yes, including Alabama also. But Alabama wasn't mentioned in the suit, were they? The article clearly states that lawsuit alleges "hundreds of thousands" of athletes who could join the suit.

Everything you say is correct, but is nice to see UGA listed as they are the most pretentiousness superior thinking fans around. Truly think they have integrity while everyone around them is dirty.

Thread title is very misleading. Auburn and UGA have not been announced in any current NCAA investigation and they are not being individually sued.

The NCAA is flirting with its distruction. The big 6 conferences have been discussing an alternative regulatory system, if the NCAA goes through with this I guarantee that they will not be regulating those teams for much longer.
