A kid I used to work with got charged with possession and distribution of child porn when he was 18 and got busted for exchanging nudes with his 16 year old girlfriend. And her Mom was a count that pursued charges out of spite.
Not saying that’s the case here but definitely one of those hopefully it’s something like that and not the alternative deals.

A lot of these situations are the girls' parents finding out, getting pissed, and filing charges. IMO, high school kids of different ages shouldn't be overly prosecuted for things like this if everything is consensual. Hell, we had a couple kids in my class who were 19 senior year and there are college freshman who were still 17. So, technically speaking, a 19 year old senior in high school would be breaking the law if a 17 year old college freshman sent him a nude pic. Just doesn't seem like justice is being served there.

Big difference between those two. Accusing someone of being a pedophile (someone who preys on children) should be a bannable offense. Accusing someone of being a cuck doesn't rise to that level IMHO.

His reaction to that is what did him in. It was obviously a joke and it was funny. He should have leaned into it and had fun with it instead of getting so damn defensive about it. That showed that he is very, very insecure.
