Arky needs to do as they are doing..plain and simple..hire interm coach,then find candidates after the season..do exactly how ohio state did it..they got a pretty damn good coach.

You had to remove Tyler Wilson and the number 1 reciever to compare apples to apples

So now the best option is to pray for Mcgee to be named head coach after the season if he can make UAB look not that shitty. FML

I don't think so. They had no QB, no WRs . . had a decent RB. and their best defender was a true freshman LB. I believe.

hope the interim coach does well, then either go after someone to keep the current staff together (McGee or promote whoever the interim is), or shoot for a big name ala Petrino a few years back.
I'm at least comforted that Long is going after a big splash Pete Carroll type coach. who knows which coaches will entertain offers post-season
