Which SEC records are unbreakable? Here is one that will not be broken, total wins as an SEC coach.

To beat that record a coach would have to average a 10-3 record from age 40 to age 70.

Saban averaged over 11 wins per season and still came up well short.

Kirby is at 117 wins, he needs to average 11 wins per season for the next 17 years to beat it.

Kiffin is at 62 wins, he needs to average 11 wins per season for the next 21 years to beat it.

No one will ever beat that 292 record.

What other records are unbreakable?

Bonus question. Who would have guessed that Pat Dye and Houston Nutt are tied in wins, and Dan Mullen is ahead of both of them?

UK basketball home games

Went over a decade before Bumbles pulled the upset.

Record was set when Bumbles were still in the SEC

Both a conference and national record

I think the next closest school is like 30 games behind and they were a secondary school, not a P6, P5, P4, and whatever it is now with Pac and B1G merging

I keep going back to this one because this is what I know....

Former LSU Tigers running back Kevin Faulk holds the all-time Southeastern Conference (SEC) record for career all-purpose yards with 6,833 yards, which he accumulated from 1995 to 1998.

I just don't see a player staying at a school long enough and getting enough touches to ever break this record. Not saying there aren't players that could do it. I just don't think that they will be given the oppurtunity.

most everyone is rb by committee now and teams pass way more now than the 90s. Spurrier at the gators was known as a pass happy guy, he threw 50 percent of the time. He would be a balanced to conservative offense in today’s game.

Unlikely maybe, but not unbreakable. Kirby's only 50 - in 22 years he'd be 72 and match Bear's number of seasons. At his current rate, he'd be 351-63 (84.8% W/L ratio) vs Bear (292-69, 80.9% W/L ratio).

I don’t see any way that Kirby keeps up this pace for 15 more years. The dude has aged 15 years in the past 5 years.

I think that is after "freshman can't play rule"

Something I can never forgive DJT for.

Had he not interfered with the Generals, HW plays another year and high probability for another UGA Natty.

His numbers were for 2 or 3 years only, making it even more impressive.

This is one Kirby might have a shot at. Kirby’s SEC career winning percentage is .851.

Saban would have it if it was just based on his time at Alabama. Saban was 117-18 at Alabama, .867.

His tenure at LSU, where he went 28-12 in SEC play, drags him down to .829.
