UGA vs Bama line

It actually opened as a pickem a few hours ago.
It is currently at UGA -2.
I predicted it would go to 2 or 2.5 today. Also said it would settle at 2.5 or 3.
Safe to say bama will be the underdog here, at least 2 points and no more than 3.5 depending on when you get it during the week, it will go up more.

Just pointing out the 72 game streak is definitely over as some in the other thread were saying it could move in bamas favor. It wont.

To back up the bama being overvalued, they have only covered the spread 6 times in the last 20 games.

I guarantee he will pick UGA, he will also go on about how he used to be a huge gambler and win all the time and knows more than every wise guy this side of Mississippi about betting college football. When the truth is he's just a Bama hater and would pick against Bama regardless of rationale thinking. (I'm not saying Bama of,the pick either just that TiM in now way would ever give Bama any type of credit for being a good team or bet)

Yeah, I sorta nailed my prediction on line movement. 2.5 today. Expect it to touch 3.5 during the week and settle at 3 by Sat.

Based on what I've seen...I'd have it at about 6 in UGA's favor.

That is my line, 6.
I think home field is worth more than 3 in a game like this. #1 it is sort of a revenge game for the most painful loss for UGA in decades, one that cost them a national championship. #2 it is Cokers first road start.
Ftr, if the game was at BD, I would favor bama slightly.

I don't think so. Smart money has already moved the line 2 points for UGA. I think it moves another point by Tuesday, then the public weighs in later in the week to even it out at 3 or 2.5. Don't see it crossing 3 except maybe at one or two books to even out some heavy early steam. Too big of a game for a book to risk a middle.

UGA has played one decent defense this year, Vandy's. UGA won 31-14. They scored on an 88 yard INT return for a TD and a 77 yard punt return for a TD. Vandy turned the ball over 3 times to UGA's zero. Lambert was 11/21 for 116 yards and 0 TDs. I like Bama's chances if they don't go turnover crazy again.

I feel pretty good about the game. That said, I'm gonna hammer Georgia -2.5 if it's still there when slow arse bovada opens their lines.
