In a nutshell it provides funds (assuming it gets funding) to people up to 250% of the poverty line - that’s about $80k or $90k or so depending on number of kids. I don’t know if it’s a phase out or a straight up ineligible after that threshold. For private schools it will increase the applicant poo...
