Coach grew up in the same neighborhood as my Father. They were good friends growing up. Coach Dooley sent my Father tickets to the Auburn game in 1980 and the Sugar Bowl vs Notre Dame. I live in Mobile, went to Mcgill. My friends would ask why are you a Georgia fan. I did not attend Georgia. Coach Dooley sending tickets that year, along with locker room passes for the Auburn game is why. Thank You coach for the reason I love Georgia football and one of the reasons I love College Football. Rest In Peace Coach. Hope you and my father can meet again.
