Had a buddy (Ole Miss fan) who went to that game. He said the same exact thing. He left at halftime and said it was him and nothing but a bunch of UGA fans on the bus back to where he parked. :lol: I had to work that Saturday and remember going into the Chick Fil A in Madison that morning see...

Understood. But my reply was specifically geared towards the fire all the UAW workers and just start over with all new workers in 4-6 weeks. That would be impossible. The only horse I have in this race is that we will hopefully get a raise in order to keep up with the industry standard. Lol...

It would take longer than that to get enough people hired to do the jobs. You are talking about starting over from scratch. There are thousands of employees at each facility. When we started up, a hiring class consisted of no more than 30 to 50. It will take months to get it up and runni...

From someone who works in the industry, to train a couple of people at a time to do the processes would take a couple of weeks to be proficient enough to keep up with the work at whatever the line speed is. To do this en masse with, I don't know, 2500 to 3000 people per facility, six months min...
