That's because they aren't practicing against an accurate passer.

I liked the hire not sure about the results though.

McWilliams was just bad. Dean progressed some. Henderson and Wilson were already good but not substantially improved. Losing Sal Sunseri hurts more but would have liked to have kept the whole staff together sadly.

I feel this was a play for Elam as well obviously. Either way at least we got Steele so would lessen the blow of not getting Elam.

Yeah, you're going to be surprised to know this but even though it's an ex-Gators coach he's still a piece of shite for doing it.

So I guess you would say the same about Dan Mullen then right. I mean he was recruiting players to Mississippi State telling them he would be their head coach the day before he took the Florida job.

So I guess that makes Mullen a piece of shite. Your words not mine.

Our safeties and cornerbacks were consistently out of position.

That's funny. I pretty much warned you about Grantham in that fashion. An offense that can push the ball downfield collapses everything that works for Grantham.

4 teams. Same result from Grantham. It isn't the DB coach. It is scheme and failure to adapt the preparation.

I think this is a win/win for all. Warren gets closer to home, Georgia gets a good DB coach, and Florida will get someone that wants to actually be there. Not knocking Warren, but he’s a career DB coach and has been 4 diff places in the last 4 years, 3 of them now in the SEC East as a position coach only. I’m hopeful this allows Florida to hire an up and comer that’s a bit more hungry. We will see, good luck to Warren at UGA.

PS... Florida still lands Elam.

Who is Elams primary recruiter? If it was Warren we probably lost him

Kid is from a really good support system. I see them being intelligent enough to not commit to a DB coach. I’m sure if he goes to UGA or UF it won’t be because of the DB coach. Probably not any coach tbh.

2 defensive coaches leave UF within a few days of each other for “lateral” positions. What’s going on at UF?

Sal wanted to coach with his son?

Warren wanted to be closer to home?

UGA is only pursuing coaches from the SEC East, what's wrong with UGA?
