Who gives a shite about either? Bama won back to back titles after the Camback and won again 2 years after kick six and might go back to back this year. Continuing to win despite is far more satisfying

A better question for Bama fans might be winning the 2010 game, or winning the 2013 game, but losing to FSU. In other words, a choice between ending the Auburn NC season vs another SEC title. I think you still have to chose 2013.

Under this scenario, losing to FSU, I would go with undoing the camback. Winning another national championship is the easy Call. But denying auburn from winning their only one in my lifetime would be too sweet to passup for just the SEC championship. Especially with the knowledge that we win the SEC in 14 and 15. It's not like we're Ole Miss and have never even won the west. If we were a program like that, it may change my answer.

Yeah that Bama one is tough. You'll be seeing Kick Six for the rest of your life, but denying Auburn a title would have been solid.

Not tough at all to me. Easily would choose to win the 2013 game over the 2010. Alabama wins the SEC and probably another NC in 2013.

2010 already had two losses and wouldn't have won the SEC even with a win. Basically the difference may have been Sugar Bowl versus Capital One Bowl? That doesn't amount to much really.

I wasn't an AU fan in 93, so I don't give a shite about that. I was a student in 04, and I'm still chapped about it. frick oklahoma.

Au fans should thank OU, they took the beating from USC that either team would've gotten. At least yall can play the victim card about being left out of the game, can play the what if game and etc. Plus it kept the undefeated season in tact.

Ungrateful

USC was lucky that year.

2013 "Kick Six"
Alabama moves on to the 2013 SEC Championship and then on to the face FSU in the Rose Bowl for a shot at a 3rd consecutive title.

This one gives us a shot at the title, which would have meant a three-peat. Easy answer.

Kick Six. I'd rather win one of our own than block someone else from winning it (unless it was a B1G team or Notre Dame).

Selective memory. USCheat had a lot of close games against subpar opponents that year.

I'm going to approach this a bit differently:

I think in 2004 it was very important that Auburn got screwed out of the title, because it led to eventual reforms to the system, and was a nice transition to eventually getting the playoffs. I think Auburn helped reform the system, and Bama completed that reform by getting paired with LSU in 2011. I'm not sure we'd even have the system we have now without both happening.

I'd take the Camback not happening. Keeping them out of a NC would have been more important than winning 2013. Besides, who's to say the players would have responded the same in '14-'15 had we won in '13?

Also, Toomer's would still have had trees, at least until 2013.

Tired of so many Bama fans having this bizarre obsession with Notre Dame. Lots of Bama fans hate them more and talk about them more than any of our actual rivals. The 70s were 40 years ago, the pain from repeatedly losing to them during that period should have subsided by now (66 incident is, of course, even further in the past). Notre Dame is not a rival and they haven't been consistently relevant in over 20 years. It makes Bama seem like a small time program envious of a traditional power and yall need to let that shite go.

My hatred of the B1G and Notre Dame has nothing to do with Alabama's past meetings with them. It's that sanctimonious, holier than thou attitude they and the national media have towards the South and southern football. So, thanks for taking the time to speak for me.

This team gets more hype because of the NFL draft rather than their actual playing ability. They were very beatable

The 2004 USC team was actually one of the LEAST dominant Trojan teams against solid opponents under Pete Carroll. Against teams that ultimately won 10 games or more...

2004 USC beat Virginia Tech (10-3) by 13 pts. and California (10-2) by 6 pts. before the blowout win over Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl.

The 2005 team was far more dominant. They beat Oregon (10-2) by 32 pts. as well as UCLA (10-2) by 47 pts., before ultimately losing to Texas in the Rose Bowl.

The 2003 team that shared the title with LSU was also pretty dominant. They beat Washington State (10-3) by 27 pts. and Michigan (10-3) by 14 pts.

Don't forget that Nebraska and West Virginia were also undefeated in 93. FSU got in because of sympathy for Bowden.

This was the first major blow to the BCS. This + undefeated mid majors = 4 team playoffs. When an undefeated SEC Champion, got big boyed out of the title game. I don't know if Auburn would have won, but I am sure they would've done better than OU. That was an important event in the sport.
As a Bama fan, kick six, no doubt.
