First off no random fan would be in that tunnel unless they had left the stands in which case they would be arrested anyway and what dumbass decided it was a good idea to keep "a substantial amount of munitions" in a tunnel at a football game where 100k people are at? A dumbass cop on a power trip was pissed that South Carolina was beating the shite out of Aggie so he decided to take his aggressions out on the two players in the tunnel by shouldering them and starting some shite.
