Auburn looks different this year without a bunch of 26 year olds on the floor
It's the size more than the age. We have nothing for teams with true bigs. We are basically a guard + 4 wings line up

This is an absolute arse beating
Belt to fricking arse

We can't get past their defense and they can't miss. This is an impressive arse kicking.

That's been the majority of Oat's teams while at 'Bama. The counter has usually been speed and outside shooting, but it doesn't look like Auburn has a ton of that either.

You know it's bad when your opponent has its Opie in there.
But man, where is the beef for Auburn. I'm shocked by the lack of size. Just getting owned on both ends in the paint.

Michigan wins by 30.
It wasn't nearly that close.

We're not big but we didn't look small against Houston or Oregon. Michigan just looked huge though, and it wasn't just one or two of them. We had no answer on either side.
I wonder how we respond...

Did Bruce screw his own son?

Yeah, it's hard to play small ball lineups when you can't shoot threes. If our three point shooting doesn't improve we are going to struggle against any team with good size and offense inside.

Welp Michigan and Tennessee it’ll likely be And we’ll probably get stuck with Gonzaga for third
Then again Gonzaga with a 40 point win over Maryland complicates things for Tennessee

Yeah pretty sure it's Michigan vs Gonzaga for the championship. Tennessee vs Kansas for 3rd?

Gonzaga now has +30
Michigan with +40
Guess it’s us and Tennessee

Auburn will need to get better over the course of the season.
Michigan is really good. So is Gonzaga.
To be invited to the Players Era gives us an opportunity to understand what great looks like up close.
They wiped the floor with us on both ends.
Do we learn from it or give up?
We will find out.
Arizona/Purdue/NC State await after Players Era.

UNO is really good team this year and will make the NCAA tournament and make it passed the first round
They are 2-4 with blowout losses to Pepperdine, Fresno State, and LSU. I don’t believe they will be making the Big Dance.
