First,
Get your seasons right.
Second
This isn’t some anomaly from LSU’s offense. That is a pretty common stat line this year. Joe’s best game was against Florida

Joe Burrow had a career performance: 31 - 39 for 393 yards and he'll win the Heisman for it just like Johnny Manziel.

We've watched Joe play about 7 or 8 "games of his life" this year. I think we can just discard luck out of the equation. I know it's hard to accept that LSU just did this to you, but it's not a fluke.
It wasn't your year. I'd say better luck next year, but i wouldn't mean it

Which one?

Just like the 3 silly busted plays LSU gave up. The trick/check with me play, punt return were waddle was dead to rights, or the we are gonna play man up, up 2 scores with 1:20 left in the game.
What ifs are like inbreds, Bama is full of them.
If LSU had kept running tempo in the 2nd half, they'd have put up 60. Or my favorite...... If the refs had called a fair game LSU would've lost.
Go melt on your Bama board.

393 yards and 3 tds is luck
Over 150 combined from scrimmage with 4tds is luck?
Yall got destroyed by our O worse than northwestern st or utah st and many more. I understand you not being able to handle the extreme makeover. From being able to stop us for 8 years to having no answer is rough.

Exactly how I figured this would go. Ignore all of the facts I posted and come back with the typical a1abana melt we've all come to love "You didnt beat us, we beat ourselves!" The stats dont lie. bama only outplayed 2 teams defensively, Texas and Vandy. Thats STELLAR company.
Top teams don't make long-shot mistakes. Top teams force their opponents to make mistakes then capitalize on them.
28 points? Go frick yourself. 14 off the fumble and int before half, and 3 off the bobbled punt snap. That's 17, not 28.
And if thats the game you want to play, LSU spotted bama 21. The punt return that McMath spun Waddle out of coverage into the open field. The TD where Stingley was talking to the coaches when the ball was snapped, and the garbage time td. But see, I dont want to use those to try to make excuses because thats part of the game and bama capitalized on LSU's mistakes on those plays. Like I said, thats what good teams do. Im not going to try to use it as an excuse to say "Well we gave you those points. If this hadnt happened then it wouldnt have been close." That makes you sound like a baby back bitch. Which you are proving beyond the shadow of a doubt that you are.
But it didnt go differently. What happened happened. The only ranked team youve played just waked into your house and beat you for 4 quarters. Burrow drove up and down the field all day on bama. Your secondary got abused. No other team has walked into bryant denny and scored more points in its 90 year history. Helaire went for 180 and 4 tds. No one has ever single handedly scored 4 tds on Saban. These are all talking points that will be brought up.
Hate to break it to you but the playoff committee doesn't use the "would have gone much differently without the anomaly of uncharacteristic mistakes" metric.

The AP poll voters saw the same game you and I saw but they agree with me and only dropped Alabama two spots to #4 because they know the game could and would have gone much differently without the anomaly of uncharacteristic Alabama mistakes.

Your bubble never had a chance to soar - because they do use that metric when it's Alabama.

I've seen Alabama win 12 National Championships in my lifetime. Nothing LSU can ever do will upset me. I'm just here to explain what really happened on an LSU message board.

You do realize that this is the lowest talent level LSU will have for the next four or five years.
The Bama line of scrimmage advantage is gone with the new recruiting class.
The offensive scheme continues to develop. The five star running backs emerge.
National recruiting pipelines in place.
LSU might score 60 in a rematch on a neutral field.

Now THIS is a thesis on melting over a game you won.

Think about it this way: Would you really choose Ed O over Saban if you had a choice?
Forget the Saban analogy - Would you choose Ed O to do any critical job of any kind anywhere? Idiots can get lucky but they can't stay lucky.

Wait so now we're 9-0 and beat your arse because Ed O is lucky?
Now this is a spicy hot take.
