If you were in Gus or Woodrow's place, would you have hung Jake Spoon for riding with the bad crew he was with? Me personally, I would have heard him out before stringing him up. Woodrow had a strict moral compass which had no room for error. But why was Gus (besides Lori darlin') so quick to hang him?

This was a problem in our office 25ish years ago. We had two or three out of 7 employees that would routinely come in late. They went to a Kronos punch clock 15 years ago and that issue magically disappeared. That right there should tell all of us that this mentality is solely a narcissistic behavior. They were fine with it until it inconvenienced THEM.
