Kiffin's problem has never been fielding good teams. We all know he will do that. Kiffin's problem has always been winning big games consistently. So far in his head coaching career he has not demonstrated the ability to do this. Will he start doing it at LSU? That remains to be seen, but I think one game against an overmatched opponent is a bit too early to start crowning him the new king of CFB.

I agree the overreaction has been extreme. It was a great win against a team that no one knows how good or bad they are. There’s reason for us to be excited, but we do need to let more games happen before we claim the next five national championships.

The value of Kiffin right now is he most personifies things that capture the mind of 18-22 yr olds. I think you will see a lot of interest is LSU from recruit/transfers going forward. JMHO
