File in judge friendly selected Mississippi Court, get an injunction, tie it up in court long enough to let him play next year, move on. Standard liberal playbook. Didn’t know Ole Miss swung that way.

That was a an incorrect statement by Herbstreit. Beck is in year 6.

The plan is to file it in Mississippi state court, assuming that Miss. will do what they want. Maybe so but yeah it would add to the farce of it all

Which has no jurisdiction over the NCAA.

Yes, but it is also dangerous for the NCAA to grant this because of the precedence it would set. Once again he had a sore throat while sitting the bench. If he’s allowed to play, can you imagine how much bullshite medical waivers people are going try to get in the future because they want keep making NIL? Football is a dangerous sport where pretty much everyone is hurt week in and week out.Good luck

So he had a cold in 2022 and thinks he deserves an extra year? Please.

You had a good run kid, but to everything there is a season.

Chambliss puts all his eggs in this basket, he risks denial and missing the NFL draft. No agent will ever allow him to do that.

Chambliss is listening to OM people who are selfish and not looking out for his best interest. But rather looking out for their own interests. If the dude has a brain at ALL, he has to know that his NFL stock will never be higher. He can't and won't do any better next year than this year. And likely will do much worse. Their schedule gets much tougher next season than the cupcake schedule they've had the last 2 seasons. The new OC isn't CWJ and Golding certainly isn't Kiffin. And Joe Judge has no idea how to manage a game. Didn't in NY and doesn't in Oxford.

Why can't people accept the fact that rules exist?

Excellent. Another couple lawsuits like this and Stetson Bennett IV will get some eligibility back!

In all seriousness, He seems like a great person and I wish him the best, but at some point this has to stop

Why doesn’t he want to go to the NFL? He needs 6 years in College? Give me a break son.

Yep, because he has no interest in making $5 mil in 1 year vs $6 mil over 4. Both parties win in this scenario, not just Ole Miss.

There’s more money in college unless he gets a first round grade, which I’m not sure he’ll get.

Might as well make the contract for 10 more years. He can make more money that way.

If he gets the first round draft grade after playing next year, he’d be better off than he is currently.
