1. It’s not a temporary injunction. Try to keep up. 2. The injunction will order the ncaa to allow him to play in the 2026 season. And they can do frick all about it. It’s a court order.

Cope. Seethe. Dilate.

A FEDERAL injunction, not a state court one like Ole Miss is filing.

I'm not going to act like I'm a lawyer, but that seems like a very important distinction in the scope of the "relief".

Go look up who tom mars is.

Then go look up what percentage of judges in Mississippi are Ole Miss grads.

gonna be glorious running the score up on Kiffin in Oxford next year.

How did I know when I clicked on this thread about an ole miss football player that the majority of the comments would be from lsu fans

Another person that said Kiffin wasn't leaving.

It really doesn't make a difference legally. Either way the NCAA has to follow it.

It would stand to reason, with it being an LSU centric board and all.

The majority of every thread is LSU fans...

The NJCAA and the NCAA are separate organizations.

FBS and D-II are divisions of the NCAA.

Pavia's argument was that the NCAA couldn't count the seasons that were not NCAA. Chambliss's seasons were all in the NCAA.

no they don't. Best case he gets to play all home games within Mississippi. No other state is required to let him play.

Once any sort of ruling is made in Mississippi on the issue, it's valid across the US.

It's enforceable elsewhere. A marriage licensed issued by a state court is valid everywhere in the US. A civil suit awarded one state can be enforced anywhere in the US. Once a state court makes a ruling on a specific case, it's enforceable elsewhere.

The Full Faith and Credit Clause (Article IV, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution) requires states to respect and uphold the "public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings" of other states, fostering national unity by ensuring that judgments, laws, and official documents from one state are recognized in others, preventing states from acting as independent foreign sovereignties and promoting legal continuity, though it mainly applies to court judgments, with states generally needing to enforce another state's final, valid court decisions, even if they disagree with the ruling.

Their little fantasies are crashing and burning before their eyes.

Kiffin whiffing in the portal.
Chambliss and Lacy returning to Ole Miss. Zero Ole Miss players following Kiffin. Losing Austin Thomas and Frank Wilson to Ole Miss.

No FBS QB on roster.
Not enough FBS Olinemen on roster to even field a starting 5.

All that to become the most hated team with the most hated coach in college football.

It’s poetic justice.

Good luck to the young man. Pavia was an embarrassment to the conference. Trinidad seem like a quality dude.

Wonder if $ankey is getting off his drippy arse to try to sway opinion?

Good riddance. Frank was ok to stay but Austin Thomas is the most overrated person on tigerdroppings.
