These people are absolutely ruining college football. Lawyers ruin everything in life, was just a matter of time until they bled over into college sports

Kim was playing poorly and was sat the last 7 weeks of the season with an "unspecified injury". The reality was he was benched.
Probably, but if they have the medical records, then it's pretty easy to make a good argument.
That doesn't seem to be case with Chambliss.

If he wins you lose Deuce. Deuce wants to be the starter, not the backup.
Why do you think this was announced after deuce signed?

Deuce should counter sue! Committed base on a shot to start!

Says who? What qualifies as a medical year isn't set anywhere. The NCAA just "decides" what qualifies as severe enough and what doesn't.

You’re close. Much closer than the obsessed idiot who keeps trying to guess.

Argument being that he was a backup QB in D2 and Ferris State didn't see the need to properly keep any medical records.

He still does.
He has spring and fall camp to prove himself.

Under what legal theory does a MS state court have authority over the NCAA?

Good luck with that one.

3 public institutions within the state are members of the NCAA. It opens the NCAA to the jurisdiction of Mississippi (and every state) courts.

They have medical records, including a follow up in December that he was fine. They also have Ferris State saying that he was benched for performance reasons and not medical ones.
Also, and most importantly so, it was fricking tonsillitis

What part of injunction do you not understand? The outcome of the case is completely irrelevant.

AKA Ferris State refuses to lie on OM’s behalf…

Chambliss has only played 3 seasons.
In 2022 he played 2 games and is claiming medical issues that prevented him from playing that season. 2026 would be Chambliss 4th year of play.
Not how it works at all, but you also claimed Kiffin would 100% be back for year 7, so not surprised.

The injunction will stop the NCAA from blocking Chambliss from playing in 2026.
Maybe. I don't know.

And why should they put themselves out there anyway for a player that left them and the school that stole him?

Just depends on you guys finding an Ole Miss homer judge.
I'm sure you probably will.

I assume the suit will be filed in Lafayette Country. I would venture a guess every judge there is a graduate of Ole Miss law school

Yep.
I mean
at the argument that they just tossed medical records. I mean do they think that Ferris State just set them up with some shady “Dr.” in the back room of the school?
I mean
