But what was it??

had a NDA so got no credit for it
this doesn’t follow

Yeah I’ve gone through this a few times, in employ and in deal advisory. Someone should name this axiom

16.
Next problem...though this shouldn't be a problem. But here's one: prove that every positive odd number can be the side of a right triangle in which all sides are integers. No cheating from your neighbor's work.

Hence, they got the credit, but I did all the work from start to finish, but could not discuss it.

Getting screwed by folks with $$$$

Looking back, a good intellectual property attorney was about 5 x the average attorney. Did not have the $$$$ and skimped on that end (Intellectual property rights, NDA, independent contractor, etc, etc) and paid for it dearly.

In medicine, find the best doctor to treat you and find the money.

In law, find the best attorney and find the money to pay them.

Kipling was a songbird for the British Empire until his son died in ww1. Conrad kept it real.

You needed my daughter. She passed the Patent Bar her second year of law school BEFORE taking any courses in patent law (studied on her own). Speaking of Vandy, she graduated summa in Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautical as her specialty, and worked briefly for NASA in that field, but hated working for the government.
Oh yeah, she thinks math is fun, and also teaches calculus now along with her IP law gig.
Finally, yes, her mother is a genius also. Sometimes guys get lucky.

Unless you can go to the Mayo Clinic (excellent MD's across the board in my experience), you should make friends with a very good doctor, then ask that doctor who he/she would send a loved one to.

Depends on your needs, and that is the real thing to discover

One place may have heart, another may have brain tumor, another may have spine.

Vandy had one of the top ear guys in the country

Times two.
I don't feel one needs the best physician in the country for a medical issue (good luck figuring that out); one needs a physician who can properly diagnose and treat (or refer) the patient. That can basically be assured by following my prior advice on obtaining a quality physician.

Did you guys meet on campus?

As for medical, my primary goal is to figure out the epiphany question first then work backwards.

It got me to Duke for brain surgery on a family member

It got me to M D Anderson for cancer meds

It got me to Canada for drugs at 10 cents on the dollar (but their health care is not so good).

Canada for drugs
United States for doctors

We are Dore parents x 2 (two daughters), but did not attend Vandy, We did meet on a campus, but I am not one to kiss and tell. Previously mentioned daughter attended Duke Law (Honors grad); and Duke has an outstanding team of Neurosurgeons, but not everyone is aware of that. My advice was for the general public. Also had a family member have cancer care, at my urging, at MD Anderson (doing well 20+ years out).
