I hope barnes transported the herbicide across state lines so the FBI can get involved.... the irony of having the FBI investigating Alabama message board members after all the shite they've made up about the FBI and Cam would be hilarious.

just some crazy shite there. Our campus is covered with Oaks and I can't imagine someone doing this to those trees.

why would they investigate Bama? this is not on the university. it is about a stupid redneck fan.

As far as investigations, I do not want to see anymore on any SEC school. It is not good for our conference as a whole.

I thought it was already established that its not controlled? The Dow website says no license is required for purchase.

I am pretty sure it is not restricted but regulated. There are guidelines on it that are punishable by federal law. And you indirectly agree to those laws just by having it in your possession.

Pretty sure he was making that observation in regards to lowbrainspark12 saying it would be a federal law against taking it across state lines, not the application of it.

This sucks and I honestly believe that no true Bama fan would do that, especially that went to school at UA. Some stupid hick that has two teeth probably did this and has never set foot on UA campus.

FWIW, I'm hearing this actually goes a lot deeper than just the two Bama fans on their message board. Hearing a lot of rumors that Updyke was providing unmarked bank cards to a lot of Bama players whose name you would recognize and at least one high profile assistant who will be stepping down soon. It's crazy, but you have to admit, there's a lot of smoke.
