tell me why Georgia is a better program?
and tell me, besides those victories in which four of them came after a summer of preparation or a month before a bowl game, what quality game has Boise played in and won. Notice Boise doesn't play any out of conference contenders early-mid or late-mid season. They scheme for their "big win" only when they have ample time to prepare.
Any team with a summer to prepare can give someone a good game and even "upset" them.... except Georgia

Oklahoma - Constantly chokes in big games. Constantly overrated. Don't they have the most weeks being ranked number 1? How many National Titles did that get them?
Va Tech - Constantly chokes. Right after BSU beat them they went and lost to a fricking FCS school.
Oregon - Hasn't really done anything except beat up the weak Pac12. USC put them back in their place this year.
UGA - lost to USCe and has had the luxury of a weak arse schedule. And since you are bringing up BSUs victories from past years I should probably remind you that y'all lost to Mississippi State last year. Ya know, that team that is 3-12 against the West the past 3 years.
