A fan who always thinks everything is going well and the team/administration can do no wrong.
Not really a thing thrown around as a negative lately as things have been pretty good. Most of us are sporting a Disney attitude these days.

It a colloquialization of saying "dude" or "bro" in Louisiana, and has spread. If you've spent much time in south carolina, it's similar to how they all call each other "bo".
