After all the talk about schedules, Alabama played the toughest nonconference opponent of the top 5. With auburn as good as they are, it's funny to be able to say our schedule is markedly better than the two teams likely to play for it all.

Can we get some love from LSU now?

I think the case could be made that Washington State is as good as Virginia Tech.

You talking about the team that couldn't beat out Duke?

Eh but your head to head against top 5 teams sucks.

A full 8-month insane meltdown about our easy schedule, and it all ended up being wrong. They gotta be so embarrassed. But don't expect the rantards to admit it.

Actually, none of the top 5 teams played a nonconference opponent worth bragging about. That's why this year is so uncertain.

I can't fault FSU for Florida being down, but Ohio State played NOBODY on top of a conference of NOBODIES.

Oddly enough, the only teams Auburn's played that had losing records in the FBS were Arkansas and Tennessee.

va tech may have been the toughest ooc game of the top 5, but the real issue is that not nearly enough good OOC games are being played.

by everyone.

What was wrong about it? Bama would be 9-3 without that easy schedule. Same for the rest of the "top 5".

Whatever makes you feel better.

Hell, let's just say your team played the hardest schedule in the country, NFL included. Hope that makes you feel better :tardnana:

Sometimes posting on the rant is like visiting a middle school cafeteria.

Really? Bragging about Virginia Tech (who lost to Duke), Ga State, Colorado St, and Chattanooga?
