Arkansas has an amazing track and field program. But outside of that they struggle greatly

I was waiting for someone to bring this up. This logic is so ridiculous.

It's like when someone's team gets their arse kicked in football and they say something tarded like, "yeah, well of you take away their running back's 250 yards, we outplayed them."

And again, Arkansas is the only SEC program with top 20 all time teams in basketball, football, and baseball.

All of those listed for us are since we joined the SEC. Mizzou's 2 are, as well. I don't know about Arky, honestly.

Arkansas has won more SEC Championships since 1991-92 than LSU.

So...I'd tread lightly

They're national championships. That means they competed against the nation not just the SEC. Where do y'all find these people?

Athletic program meaning all around. You have the best track. That doesn't mean best athletic department. You have one sport you dominate, and the rest you aren't as strong. UF has won titles in how many sports? That implies a strong athletics department because most sports are represented strongly. You own a single sport. Lack in most others. That isn't the strongest athletic department. Simply the strongest track team. Sorry, but UF is one of the highest regarded athletic programs in the country because of this. Always in the top five yearly. Always. There is a reason. We win in every sport we play it seems..but women's basketball.

Lol. Arkansas isn't in the big 6. Alabama, lsu, Tennessee, florida, auburn, georgia. It's not even close.

In football, no. As an athletic program, yes.

Didn't think about it that way, but you have a very good point.

UF will hold the all-time conference lead within 5 years. Within 20 years, no one will catch us. I honestly believe that. No one in conference is a threat to win 4-5 titles every year.

I agree, Gators are great all around program. Don't ever think we are bottom dwellers. Times, they do change. I see great rises from our top 4 sports this yr. I like our direction and place. We are climbing.

Championships are overrated. I prefer winning at life and making fun of people that pay for escorts.

So, winning titles in olympic sports has higher value than winning titles in sports that people actually can watch on tv? Got it.

And I say this in all of these threads. There is a Big 2 in the SEC.

Alabama and Kentucky

Everyone else is just hanging out collecting a check.

For a bit of perspective, Stanford has won 113 NCAA titles.
