While he did embarrass Florida, where was he when Louisville lost to shitty UConn and Syracuse squads? Dude had 27 TD's and 8 INTs last year to AJ's 30 TD's and 3 Ints. Yes, AJ plays on a team that is able to set up the pass well with its run game, but he also has to play against more talented SEC secondaries whereas Bridgewater puts up worse numbers against Big Least competition.

Bridgewater tore apart UF so the last point is useless. Just watch Bridgewater play and it's completely obvious he's a great QB. If he was on Bama he'd be better than McCarron. He's more talented, simply put.

His accuracy is pretty amazing considering how much he DOES throw it down the field.

So links to a draft that is still an entire season away is suppose to change anyones mind?

Uh yeah, their opinions are way more valid than people like you who apparently dont watch much football outside of their own team or conference.

Sorry I'm not a huge conference homer like some here, Bridgewater is clearly the #1 QB prospect for next year and I posted plenty proof of that.

The San Jose St. QB is better than all of those in the OP.

I don't think a performance in a single game is enough to catapult someone ahead of all other QB's. I didn't think Steven Garcia was one of the best in CFB after he had the game of his life against Bama. I also didn't think Mett was among the best after he made Bama look foolish all game. People have good games. Look at his numbers for the entire season.

This. One good game and the country is going nuts for him.

You can't get angry at me because you are doing the same thing when you say Mccaron is better. He has the rings, but I will credit that to the team not just AJ. Murray is setting Sec records this year and out played AJ in my opinion in the sec title. I do think AJ is going to be a way better nfl qb

We shall call this unwarranted inflation in draft stock the "Barkley Bubble."

You're right. Experts have never been wrong before about who will be the top qb to go 1st in the draft. It's been what....an entire season since that has happened?

So the fact that another QB has consistently played and performed against better competition week in and week out is useless?

Is Bridgewater a great QB? Yes. But it's not at all a stretch to say McCarron could go before him OR be the better NFL QB when it's all said and done. Especially when Bridgewater was literally limping into the end of the season last season. If he gets saddled with another injury this season you'll start to see questions about his durability.

There is a lot of time between now and then for stock to rise and fall.

Question for people who don't believe in Bridgewater: How sure are you that Clowney will be a top pick in the draft???

I watched that BYU game. Dude is definitely accurate, but I want to see how he does against Stanford this year.
