Meh. Some people think barry sanders was one of the best college RBs ever based on one season. Todd has 1 full season and 2 half seasons of work, I think that's quite enough to say he is one of the 10 best backs of the last 15 years.

Please look at his stats his first 2 years when he played more than 6 games and repeat that statement. In 9 less games for his career, he had 31 less yards and 4 less tds than Mark Ingram. Georgia had a decent line, but there is no comparison to that line that Ingram had.

Fournette is better than any of those guys. Sorry.

Fournette isn't even the best back this year. He doesn't deserve to be any where near a top 5 list.

46 more rushing yards and he has the 5th best single season ever. 76 more and he's 4th. 90 more and he's 3rd. 151 more and he's 2nd.

He's already tied for 5th in TDs, will likely finish in the top 3.

All in his sophomore year. Don't be fricking stupid.

Wow, I would have thought DMAC was a clear #1. Dude was incredible and did it for multiple years (had two seasons with over 1600 yards). Gurley was great, but I think you have to judge on results and not just talent/potential. Gurley never even led the SEC in rushing and only had one season of over 1000 yards. I'd put Gurley in the top 5, but Darren McFadden easily #1. IMO he is probably the third best in the SEC after Herschel and Bo.

I would put Jonathon Williams and Alex Collins below Dmac and Felix as 3 and 4

Come on man (Chris Carter voice). Ingram put up 1000+ yards AFTER CONTACT, has broken more tackles in a season than any back, and he might be the best receiver in the entire group. Forget his unrivaled college accolades. He's gone on to make a pro bowl 2014 and he's the #6 fantasy RB in he NFL this year. It's time to recognize the legend.

You can't tackle him

You might wanna look at where he ranks compared to Ingram, Richardson, Mason, McCallister etc on categories such as Career TDs, YPC, Total rushing yards, yarss from scrimmage..at least if you don't wanna look foolish.

Duece McAllister played was in 2000, so I think he warrants at least a mention.

One heck of a tough back to bring down.

Did I stutter?

1 more TD and he's tied for 4th among RBs. Two more and he's alone in 4th.
