Sorry but Williams has average talent that is why he is back. No need to rush to the NFL to get drafted late and sit on the bench. He may not even have top 10 SEC talent at his position.

My op was more directed towards Jones jr. However, a DT role on any defense is to plug running lanes or contain the QB usually 100% of the time. It doesnt make sense for them to tell him to distract the OL running backs would just run right by him. After saying all that, I will be looking out for what nkemdiche does this season, who knows he could bust it open this year. But thats not the argument, the entire argument is why he is not the best player in the SEC.

Fair enough. Everyone has their opinion. I think yours will change when you start watching and don't look for his stats to incredibly jump. I think our DL not being occupied by 3 LB's and Nkemdiche, will help his stats some.

Being a Florida fan, your evaluation of RBs is worthless.

I don't think Nkemdiche is the best of the Ole Miss Big 3

Hell I would go Tunsil, Treadwell, Nkemdiche.

its crazy how far he has gotten off of being ranked #1

Leonard Fournette is 7 and he was a 1000 yard rusher. Nkemdiche has 2 sacks last year.

Cam should be top 8. A'Shawn should probably be 10-15. LF is in no way shape or form top 10. VH3 is overrated as hell.

Fournette is better than Chubb.

It just doesnt make any sense based upon what both have done on the field.

Harold Brantley at Florida recorded 54 tackles and 5 sacks. Montravius Adams at Auburn recorded 41 tackles and 3 sacks. Jarran Reed, who isn't an every down player for Alabama, recorded 54 tackles. Taiwan Johnson at Arkansas had 26 tackles and 4.5 sacks. Jonathan Bullard at Florida recorded 52 tackles and 2 sacks. A'shawn Robinson at Alabama recorded 50 tackles in 11 games.

Its Caleb Brantley BTW.

You are comparing apples to oranges Dude. You have to look at DLs and see what real position they playing...is it more DT or a mixture of DT/DE? DTs don't get many stats...their job is to keep OL from going to second level and taking on LBs more or less and if its an obvious pass play they be targeting TEs from getting downfield.

There are no every down DL in the SEC...subs are needed to keep legs fresh. Brantley and Bullard were keeping Dante Fowler and others mixing in rushes.

Our defense gave up the fewest points per game last season. That isn't made up....the ncaa gave us an award for it.

Nope

How can you be serious? Myles Garrett is going to be the number one pick in the draft in two years, broke Clowney's record(with a terrible supporting cast might I add) and his measurables are far better. I mean. I know you're biased, but what area do you think Barnett is better in?

Not all of us get to pad our stats against Vanderbilt and Kentucky.

How about stats against common opponents then?

Barnett 6 sacks

Garrett 2 sacks

Now stop trying to polish this Myles Garrett turd, YOU'RE WRONG, YOU KNOW YOU'RE WRONG, NOW JUST STAND THERE IN YOUR WRONGNESS AND BE WRONG.
