Ole Miss got blown out 52-28 by Florida. Texas Tech is unbeaten. A lopsided loss should cost more than a soft schedule

Sure but Ole Miss is already ahead of them. Beating the #13 team by 4 touchdowns is not gonna drop someone.

My projected AP Top 10 after an absolutely chaotic Saturday:

1. Miami (6-0)
2. Ohio State (6-1)
3. BYU (6-0)
4. Texas Tech (6-0)
5. Georgia (6-1)
6. Notre Dame (6-1)
7. Indiana (6-1)
8. Ole Miss (5-1)
9. Utah (6-0)
10. Tennessee (6-1)

No Chance Tech is 3. It will be around 6 or 7. behind 1 loss UGA, IU, possibly Ole Miss. But OM's UF loss was, well, a self induced FU.

No chance ND is 4. Sure that was a "good" loss but they've beaten no one. They'll be behind UGA, TTech, Utah

Idk what the ap will do, they definitely won’t do this but these are the best ten in order of who I think could win it all. Utah and Kentucky just miss the cut for me.

Osu
Uga
Miami
Indiana
TTech
Nd
USC
Bama
Tex
Ole miss

Why is Ohio state ranked 2? They lost to a shitty Texas team and Indiana still Doesn’t look good offensively they’ve survived multiple scares this year including northwestern running the fricking wing T. Oregon being down as well the big 10 is just dog water

Ohio State did lose their QB, but you have to factor in that they just ended Indiana's 22 game win streak on the road, and the Big 10 has won the title the last three years. I understand your rationale, but trust me, when the playoffs come you'll start to understand my theory better

If you think losing as a top 5 team the same week half the top ten loses doesnt affect you then sure direct hit I guess

Currently, #15

Curious what we would’ve been if the AP hadn’t dropped us out of the poll after the OT win against USCe.

Yeah UGA is falling a little further than that… home loss to an unranked average-at-best team.

Indiana and Ole Miss will both be ahead of UGA. And maybe Utah and texas tech too. Possibly Tenn as well.

It doesn’t matter as they still clearly control their own destiny, but they’ll take a significant tumble to the bottom of the Top10. Also, Their signature win vs Bama doesnt look as great after today either… maybe Bama and UGA were both overrated
